Frequently asked questions
Does it work with Airbnb and Booking?
Yes. Airbnb and Booking provide a calendar link (iCal) for each listing: connect it to the platform and every check-out gets its cleaning scheduled automatically. The same goes for any tool that supports iCal calendars.
Who are the professionals?
Cleaning professionals working in Turin, selected and verified one by one by the Zelo team. You can see their profile, the area they work in, their rates, history and ratings.
How do I pay?
Add your payment method once and you won't have to think about it again: payment is charged automatically when each cleaning is completed, and you get a receipt for every payment. No monthly fee. Cancelling is free up to 24 hours before the check-out time; if you cancel a confirmed cleaning later, you pay 50% of the professional's rate, which goes entirely to her. Payments are processed by Stripe.
What if the professional isn't available?
We take care of it. If the professional you chose isn't available, we assign the cleaning to another verified professional in the area, choosing among those with the same rate. You'll always see who has been confirmed.
Who sees the home's instructions?
Only the Zelo team and the professional confirmed for that cleaning can see the instructions. Your name and contact details are never shown to the professional.

Which languages can I use ZeloBnB in?
